Job Description
The Grand Millennium Hotel is in search of a highly qualified and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. This pivotal role requires a professional who can ensure seamless coordination across various departments, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and operational departments.
- Effectively manage budgets and operational expenses.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs90,00.00 per month.
