Job Description

Location: NASTP, Karachi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6:30 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 3:30 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Only

Ability Pvt Ltd, a leading global consulting and outsourcing firm, is in search of a dedicated Sales and Retention Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively convert leads into clients and maintain existing accounts.
• Perform outbound calls, manage email communications, and follow up through CRM.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or retention (BPO experience preferred), and strong proficiency in English.

Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with competitive benefits.
