Job Description
Indigo Heights Hotel is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and document various accounting functions. The primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing cash and bank payment receipts while ensuring document accuracy.
- Assisting in payroll processing and preparing necessary supporting documents.
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations along with managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintaining daily petty cash records and reconciling cash ledgers.
- Ensuring precise posting of transactions in our ERP software.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a degree in accounting and have 1-2 years of experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
