Job Description

Polani Global Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is a well-established travel agency dedicated to delivering outstanding travel services. We are currently in urgent need of a Refunds Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process refund requests for airline tickets and travel services.
• Work closely with airlines to obtain necessary refund approvals.
• Address customer inquiries regarding refund statuses in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups on refunds.
• Collaborate with ticketing and customer service teams to resolve related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
