Job Description
Amzdudes is on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Amazon Case Management Specialist to join our Karachi office. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on effectively managing cases within Amazon Seller Central and ensuring the overall health of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case logs in Amazon Seller Central
- Prepare appeals and Plans of Action
- Guarantee timely resolution of cases
- Maintain compliance for the account
- Precisely document all case activities
Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Thorough knowledge of Amazon policies
- Exceptional English communication skills
