AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare necessary HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
