Job Description
Amanah Mall is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Project Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives, boost project revenue, and enhance client relationships for our apartment developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
- Establish and nurture relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate on innovative promotional strategies.
- Perform property presentations and facilitate site visits.
- Negotiate contractual terms and oversee sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of project sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales success and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
