About the Role:
We are in search of a results-oriented and quality-driven QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance department within BPO operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement quality assurance processes, evaluate agent performance, and foster continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will establish quality assurance standards, monitor agent communications, provide constructive feedback and training, collaborate closely with operations teams, analyze performance metrics, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Salary Range:
Rs50,00 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
