Job Description
Tech Revolution is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet our staffing requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through job boards and professional networking.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant hiring teams.
- Oversee the recruitment process, concluding with offer negotiations.
