Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is looking for a dedicated and personable Office Boy to join our Administration department. This full-time role reports directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Help coordinate basic maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Qualifications: Minimum education requirement: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Compensation: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: In-person.
