Job Description
Suzuki Islamabad Motors is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Representative Officer to be the frontline of our customer service team. In this role, you will engage with customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout their interactions with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Requirements:
