Job Description
Suzuki Islamabad Motors Pvt Ltd is looking for a Front Desk Officer who embodies professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist all visitors.
- Professionally manage and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming mail and package deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: We welcome fresh graduates or candidates at the entry level with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs30,00 per month
