Job Description
Join Suzuki Islamabad Motors Pvt Ltd, a distinguished automotive dealership, as our new Service Manager. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor service technicians and advisors.
- Address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Guarantee that all repairs meet quality benchmarks.
- Monitor expenses and generate detailed reports.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for the service team.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager, along with a diploma in Mechanical or Diesel Engineering.
