Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is on the lookout for a committed Customer Care Executive. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and exhibit fluency in both English and Urdu (neutral dialect). Preference will be given to applicants residing in Rawalpindi, with 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center being advantageous.
The position offers a competitive salary of Rs45,00 along with performance-based incentives, and features rotational monthly shifts. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing online support, following up on unresolved issues with the Operations team, and managing Network Trouble Tickets.
Work-from-home options are available after a 4-month probation period.
