Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Care Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and messages
- Provide assistance with product and service inquiries
- Document and track customer interactions and issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in a customer support role
