Job Description
Texitech is actively searching for a committed Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with accurate and timely information; efficiently resolving customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor; documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed; and staying informed about our products to provide effective support.
