Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team! This is a full-time, on-site position located at Mars Junction, 1st Floor, City Hall, at the intersection of Old Airport Road and Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in recruitment
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Must reside in Rawalpindi
- Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Overseeing the hiring process
- Collaborating with department heads
Salary: Rs. 55,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month
