Job Description
The Grand Millennium Hotel is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to provide comprehensive information and process inquiries regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English; proficiency in computer usage; strong problem-solving abilities; prior customer service experience is preferred.
