Job Description
Galaxy Freight Forwarding is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to provide essential support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the CEO’s intricate calendar.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders.
- Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site at Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal.
