Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Production to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in motivating production staff, upholding safety standards, and facilitating effective communication with management. Your role will involve minimizing downtime, establishing productivity goals, and optimizing staff scheduling to achieve maximum efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: 10 years in a related field (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
