Job Description
Mindwhiz, an innovative software house located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to enhance our growing team. Offering a competitive salary of 70,00 to 80,00 PKR, you will be instrumental in identifying and managing candidates for technical roles within our software development and cybersecurity departments.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
