Job Description
Technics Garments is looking for a motivated Operations Manager to become a crucial part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that align with our operational objectives, improving production and supply chain efficiencies, and managing the complete production cycle from order intake to dispatch. Key responsibilities include driving continuous workflow enhancements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and setting clear objectives and KPIs for the operations department.
This is a full-time role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in an Operations Management role are required. The position is based in Sialkot Gpo, and in-person attendance is preferred.
