Job Description
Metanoia is seeking a committed and detail-focused E-commerce Order Confirmation Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a background in order management, exceptional communication skills, and a strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders through Shopify and update relevant systems.
- Communicate with customers to validate order status.
- Ensure precise information is maintained for every order.
- Assist with inquiries regarding order confirmations.
Work Location: Candidates must be able to commute to the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area.
Compensation: Up to Rs25,00.00 per month.
