Job Description
Location: Soan Garden, Islamabad
Shift Timings: Flexible (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 8-hour shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Cabcall Outsource is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in customer service along with a robust understanding of tools used in the taxi industry. Your role will involve ensuring call center quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, and devising strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Requirements: At least 2 years of experience with taxi software (ICaabi/Autocab/Codic) and call handling, strong communication abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
