Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Senior Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources Department at our Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Senior Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA required
Experience: 3 to 5 years in recruitment is essential
Salary: Monthly compensation ranges from Rs 60,00 to Rs 70,00
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct initial prescreening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from screening to onboarding
- Utilize technical knowledge to understand and interpret job requirements for technical positions
