Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Collection Officer to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will oversee our accounts receivable and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments. Your exceptional communication skills will play a crucial role in negotiating with clients and resolving any payment disputes effectively.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and a sharp attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and generating regular reports on collection activities. Previous experience in collections or finance is highly preferred.
