Job Description

As a Sales Specialist at Mars BPO, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling Calls
• Providing accurate information about our products/services
• Maintaining customer records in the CRM system
• Generating Sales

Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, high school diploma (college degree preferred).
