Job Description
Finova Labs is looking for a motivated Team Lead for Lead Generation to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team dedicated to generating high-quality B2B leads that foster company growth. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in B2B lead generation and exhibit strong team leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of lead generation specialists.
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Location: Al Raazi Road, Karachi | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
