Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance for mobile and web applications, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA testing on mobile applications and websites.
- Address customer inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot user issues.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Candidates must reside near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50; Contract Length: 6 months; Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week.
