Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Pentagon Food Group Ltd as a Customer Sales Representative. In this on-site role, you will oversee designated accounts and promote sustainable growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while implementing proven sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process online and phone orders.
- Conduct daily assigned calls.
- Enhance the overall customer experience.
- Drive sales growth while minimizing customer churn.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Working hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday – Friday). Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
