Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The successful candidate will ensure that stores uphold brand, quality, and service standards while managing daily operations, staffing, training, and scheduling. You will drive store performance through effective leadership and KPI management, promptly resolving customer and operational issues, and fostering a positive company culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and implementing inventory controls.
Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills.
