Job Description
EWD Tech, a premier digital solutions provider located in Faisalabad, is looking for a skilled Operational Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily business operations to enhance efficiency and promote ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage operational processes, coordinate activities across departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-saving initiatives, supervise staff, develop policies, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, strong leadership qualities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
