Job Description

Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operational strategies in the real estate and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, controlling budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate strategies, oversee project execution, manage day-to-day operations, and foster innovation within the construction realm.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required; an MBA is preferred. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in real estate or construction, with a proven record in senior leadership positions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a must.
