Job Description
Dream Developers is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and effectively guide a sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities include meeting monthly and yearly sales targets, formulating sales strategies, managing channel partners and clients, conducting market research, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs30,00.00 and Rs45,00.00 per month. A willingness to travel locally and access to your own vehicle are required.
