Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and packaging operations.
- Coordinate workflow, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules.
- Monitor employee performance while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain production records in the ERP system.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in production and packing.
Compensation: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
