Job Description
Cybrosys Communications is actively seeking experienced Call Center Agents/Self Closers to join our team for our Roofing Appointment Setting Campaign. This is a remote position with night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle outbound calls to schedule appointments, verify customer information, maintain precise records of interactions, and strive to exceed performance goals and KPIs.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment as a self-closer using VICI Dialer. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, a reliable internet connection and availability for night shifts are required, along with a laptop or PC equipped with a webcam.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
