Job Description
Zameen Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and dependable Front Desk Officer to enhance our office operations. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure the front desk area is well-organized and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to all visitors and clients.
- Oversee office protocols and supervise housekeeping duties.
- Maintain attendance records, inventory logs, and guest registries.
- Coordinate internal meetings and special events.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and basic office equipment are essential.
