Job Description
We are a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Operating 24/7, we are looking for dedicated candidates with previous inbound customer service experience, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Effectively managing service inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Participating in training and team meetings.
