Job Description
Mac Care is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Invoicing Specialist to manage our QuickBooks system and maintain internal Excel dashboards. This role involves tracking reimbursements and overseeing all invoice-related activities within our clinical research department. A solid background in accounting or finance, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of QuickBooks experience, and remarkable attention to detail.
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST / 6 PM to 3 AM PKST
