Job Description
UMER AND SONS is currently seeking a committed Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. In this critical role, you will oversee the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy while promptly addressing any discrepancies. Your key responsibilities will include generating invoices, entering billing data into our system, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations based on approved rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, a diploma in MS Office and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management are required. Proficiency in MS Excel, including dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is essential for success in this position.
