Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Call Center Sales Agent. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The monthly salary ranges from Rs 50,00 to Rs 80,00, plus commissions, based on your experience.
Requirements:
- Experience with Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns.
- Preferred background in inbound sales or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and service issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Educate customers about available products and keep accurate records.
