Job Description
Dr. Bilquis is thrilled to announce an opening for the role of Chat Support Executive. In this pivotal position, you will assist new customers, ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and provide continuous support to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver information to new customers, confirm their satisfaction, inform them about additional products, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
Required Skills: Exceptional customer service, strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a patient demeanor.
Location: Near Continental Bakery, Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15
Salary: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month (plus commission)
