Job Description
Confiance is seeking a highly strategic individual for the role of Head of eCommerce. This essential leadership position focuses on driving online sales and developing innovative eCommerce strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate comprehensive strategies, conduct in-depth market research, oversee website enhancements, manage digital marketing initiatives, and track key performance indicators.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline, accompanied by 5 to 7 years of experience in eCommerce management.
