Job Description
At Aspire92, a dynamic provider of virtual solutions in the healthcare and technology sectors for US clients, we are currently looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the M&A team with USA consulting clients.
- Incorporate legal entities nationwide.
- Address tax notices and engage with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the Bar Association.
- A minimum of 3 years of M&A experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong communication skills are essential; flexibility for late-night availability to accommodate US business hours.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
