Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in healthcare, particularly with expertise in CureMD, CareCloud, or similar EMR systems. This pivotal role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
- Design wireframes and process flow diagrams.
- Draft user stories along with acceptance criteria.
- Provide ongoing support to development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare/EMR.
- Proficiency in CureMD or CareCloud is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
