Job Description
Qasim Developers Tech Limited is looking for 9 motivated individuals to fill the role of Urdu/Punjabi Customer Support Representative. Ideal candidates should possess fundamental skills in customer service and problem resolution.
Shift Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM and 5 PM to 12 AM.
Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
