Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Bin Bakar International, located in DHA Phase-6. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating trade promotions aimed at enhancing sales performance. You will develop brand strategies that are aligned with our business objectives and audience preferences. Additionally, you will oversee the design and production of point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store branding initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include tracking sales data, analyzing market trends, and evaluating campaign success. Conducting market research to gain insights into consumer behavior will also be essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, particularly within the FMCG or retail sectors. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, as well as excellent communication skills, are required.
