Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
- Effectively convey complex genetic information in a clear manner.
- Quickly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Intermediate proficiency or higher.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Basic technical skills (CRM/MS Office experience).
- Prior experience in DME or any call center environment.
Timings: 7 PM to 3 AM
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
