Job Description
Impetus Systems is searching for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 0-1 year of relevant experience. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, maintaining an organized reception area, offering basic information, sorting mail, and scheduling meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are essential.
