Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee projects from initial concept to full implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent managerial skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, while also possessing a track record of motivating and managing cross-regional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in .Net or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 3+ years in a management capacity.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution and staffing strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal management.
- Facilitate team development and support technical decision-making processes.
